伊東和史 2日間にわたってフィリピンからのインターンシップ受入れを実施しました。初日は大学在学中の方々8名、2日目は在学中を含み既卒者中心に7名。
工場見学の後に2グループに分かれて用意した課題に取り組んでもらいました。難しい課題でしたが、皆さん一生懸命に取り組んでいただき、担当した社員も学びの多い2日間となりました。
今日と明日に分かれて帰国となるようです、道中事故の無い様に祈っています。一緒に働ける日が来ると良いですね。
We hosted an internship program for participants from the Philippines over two days. On the first day, we welcomed 8 university students, and on the second day, 7 recent graduates joined us.
After a factory tour, the participants were divided into two groups to work on prepared assignments. Despite the challenges of the tasks, everyone dedicated themselves earnestly, making it a valuable learning experience for both the participants and the employees involved.
The participants are scheduled to return home today and tomorrow. We pray for their safe journey and hope for a future where we can work together again.
